Certified copies of documents
We issue officially certified copies for students of the RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau as well as the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern with its locations Kaiserslautern, Zweibrücken and Pirmasens.
Our diagram (PDF) shows the documents of which certified copies can be issued.
Please bring your student ID and ID card for identification.
The fee per certified copy is 2,50 €.

Monday-Friday 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm
Monday-Thursday 13:00 p.m. to 15:00 pm
For information on which certified copies you need to submit abroad, please first contact the university or the embassy of the country in question.
Afterwards, you can contact the Rhineland-Palatinate Supervisory and Service Directorate (ADD) for information on how to proceed.
