Emeritierungsfeiern, Antrittsvorlesungen?

Die Gastronomie dafür übernehmen wir gerne und kümmern uns um alles,
was Essen und Getränke angeht und den Service drumherum.

Bei Veranstaltungen in den Mensen und Cafeterien ist die gastronomische Versorgungausschließlich durch das Studierendenwerk Kaiserslautern möglich.

Herausgekommen ist ein bunter Mix aus raffinierten und frischen Köstlichkeiten.

Von praktisch im Glas servierten Vorspeisen und Desserts über allerlei Eintöpfe und ein Pasteten-Potpourri bis hin zu einer bunten Vielfalt an Hauptgerichten ist für jeden etwas dabei. Als Menü oder zum selbst zusammenstellen.

FAQ

Is there a minimum order value?

For orders exceeding 100,00 € the delivery is free of charge. For an order value of less than 100,00 € we charge a service fee of 20,00 € per delivery.

Who organizes the setup and disassembly of the catering?

We will gladly handle the setup and disassembly of the catering for you. If you wish, you can book this additional service for a fee. More information is available upon request.

Who will be providing the service during my event?

We will be happy to handle the service of the catering for you. If you wish, you can book this additional service for a fee. More information is available upon request.

Can I borrow dishes and cutlery for my event?

You can rent the appropriate dishes, cutlery or matching glasses for a rental fee, according to your order.

How can I accommodate food intolerances or allergies of my guests?

Upon request, you will receive a card with your order with the allergens and additives listed.

What happens if I cancel my event at short notice or the number of people changes last minute?

We can consider your change requests up to one week before the start of the event at the latest. Cancellations require prior consultation, as we have also ordered or produced certain products especially for you. In any case, please contact us as early as possible.

What can I do if there are leftovers at my event?

We will gladly take back your unopened beverages (except beer).

For hygienic reasons we cannot take back food.
