A university conference or reception is coming up, a congress, graduation, promotion or retirement ceremonies, inaugural lectures?
We are more than happy to provide the catering for these events and take care of everything concerning food and beverages as well as the service.
For events in the dining halls and cafeterias, gastronomic services are provided exclusively by the Studierendenwerk Kaiserslautern.

- Alkoholic drinks (wine, sparkling wine, beer)

Soups and Stews
- various Types upon request (e.g. vegan vegetable stew, potato soup or goulash soup)
Sandwiches and Canapés
Selection of different types of Brötchen or baguettes topped with:
- Fish (smoked salmon, trout)
- Poultry (turkey breast, turkey salami)
- Cold cuts (salami, cooked ham, smoked ham)
- Cheese (Brie, Emmentaler, Gouda)
- Caprese (tomato / mozzarella / basil)
- vegan: various spreads, grilled vegetables
Coffee snacks, cakes and pastries
- Selection from the cafeteria assortment
- "Mini" Assortment (donuts, muffins, Danish pastries, nut and pudding rolls)
- Sheet cakes (cheese, cherry crumble, apple and plum cakes)
Cold and cold-warm buffets

FAQ
Is there a minimum order value?
For orders exceeding 100,00 € the delivery is free of charge. For an order value of less than 100,00 € we charge a service fee of 20,00 € per delivery.
Who organizes the setup and disassembly of the catering?
We will gladly handle the setup and disassembly of the catering for you. If you wish, you can book this additional service for a fee. More information is available upon request.
Who will be providing the service during my event?
We will be happy to handle the service of the catering for you. If you wish, you can book this additional service for a fee. More information is available upon request.
Can I borrow dishes and cutlery for my event?
You can rent the appropriate dishes, cutlery or matching glasses for a rental fee, according to your order.
How can I accommodate food intolerances or allergies of my guests?
Upon request, you will receive a card with your order with the allergens and additives listed.
What happens if I cancel my event at short notice or the number of people changes last minute?
We can consider your change requests up to one week before the start of the event at the latest. Cancellations require prior consultation, as we have also ordered or produced certain products especially for you. In any case, please contact us as early as possible.
What can I do if there are leftovers at my event?
We will gladly take back your unopened beverages (except beer).
For hygienic reasons we cannot take back food.
