With this ticket in the subscription you can use the local transport all over Germany around the clock.
If you are enrolled at the RPTU or Hochschule in Kaiserslautern or Pirmasens, you already pay the solidary VRN semester ticket with your semester fee. With this ticket, you can use the public transport system (ÖPNV) in the entire VRN area plus the Westpfalz as usual.
However, if you would like to take advantage of the nationwide public transport offer for 49 euros per month, you should not subscribe to the ticket yet, but wait!
The Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (VRN) announces on its website www.vrn.de/news/artikel/00687/index.html that there will be an upgrade, i.e. the crediting of the basic semester ticket fee to the price of the Deutschlandticket.
